45° Cast Iron Bend Product Photo
KELI supplies cast iron fittings for socketless building drainage systems, including bends, branches and project-specific configurations. Send the required DN, fitting type, angle, coating, quantity and destination for technical review.
| Product type | Bends, branches, tees, reducers/adaptors and other approved drainage fittings. |
|---|---|
| Nominal size | Published EN 877:2021 certificate scope: DN40–DN600 for cast iron pipes and fittings. Specify inlet/outlet DN for each fitting; availability is model-specific. |
| Geometry | Confirm angle, branch configuration, dimensions and tolerance requirements. |
| Surface protection | Specify internal/external coating, colour and service environment. |
| Connection | Socketless connection used with compatible couplings and seals. |
| Inspection | Confirm dimensional, coating, marking and document requirements. |
Fittings are packed by type and size using export-suitable cartons, pallets or other agreed protection. Labels, quantities per package and shipping marks are confirmed before production.
MOQ depends on fitting mix, sizes, coating and packaging. Delivery is confirmed after the fitting schedule, quantity and inspection requirements are approved.

KELI's published Certificate of Conformity SC-PSC-4-2026-09-20 lists cast iron pipes and cast iron fittings, models DN40–DN600, against EN 877:2021. The document states an issue date of 9 September 2026 and expiry date of 8 September 2031.
This is the scope stated in the certificate, not a stock list or a dimensional schedule for every model. Confirm the selected product, coating, dimensions and project acceptance documents before ordering.

The archived KELI catalogue includes bends at 15°, 30°, 45°, 68° and 88°, single branches at 45°, 68° and 88°, and separate drawings for double bends, long-spigot bends, double branches, reducers and access fittings. Confirm each size and variant against its drawing rather than assuming every angle is available in every DN.
| BOQ description | Catalogue product number | Drawing dimensions (mm) | Reference kg/piece |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bend 45° DN100 | 011010045 | X = 70 | 1.6 |
| Bend 88° DN100 | 011010088 | X = 110 | 2.1 |
| Single branch 45° DN100 × DN50 | 015010005045 | X1 / X2 / X3 / L = 35 / 165 / 165 / 200 | 2.5 |
| Single branch 45° DN100 × DN100 | 015010010045 | 70 / 205 / 205 / 275 | 4.2 |

Model numbers and dimensions: archived catalogue, printed pages 26–29. Weights: April 2026 product schedule, matched by family, angle and DN. These are reference selections; obtain the current drawing revision for approval. Bend X is the centre-line intersection to end-face dimension. Branch dimensions must be read with the corresponding catalogue drawing, not interpreted as pipe outside diameters.
The pipe-side catalogue OD references for matching socketless joints are DN50: 58 mm, DN70: 78 mm, DN75: 83 mm, DN100: 110 mm, DN125: 135 mm, DN150: 160 mm and DN200: 210 mm. Verify the fitting sealing zone, actual OD/tolerance and coupling clamping range together. See the pipe dimensional reference table; DN250/DN300 need the noted drawing checks.
Example: “45° single branch, DN100 × DN50” maps to catalogue 015010005045, with X1/X2/X3/L = 35/165/165/200 mm and reference mass 2.5 kg. A BOQ requesting 90° or DN80 needs a clarification; do not silently substitute the catalogue 88° or DN75 entry.
The archived SML catalogue describes epoxy resin powder coating at approximately 60–100 μm. Confirm the current specification for the ordered fitting. Request the approved drawing, dimensions/angles and sealing-zone inspection record, coating thickness/adhesion records, product identification and applicable material/type-test evidence. Inspection acceptance must reference the agreed standard edition.
