KELI’s cast iron drainage pipes receive an exterior hot zinc spray (thermal spray zinc) anticorrosion treatment in our factory.

Our process system precisely controls coating thickness and zinc deposition. Zinc coating weight stably reaches 130 g/m², meeting relevant anticorrosion coating requirements aligned with EN 877 for exterior metallic zinc layers.

The zinc layer forms a strong mechanical bond with the cast iron substrate. The sprayed surface is uniform and dense, with no missed spray or runs. Through cathodic protection, the zinc coating provides a lasting rust barrier and helps extend service life in humid and salt-spray corrosive environments.
