When loaded box pallets are stacked on a solid, level surface, the load on the bottommost box pallet must not exceed 6,000 kg. External footprint and loading-clearance requirements should be checked against the approved drawing before warehouse or transport planning.

An EPAL licence does not establish suitability for every regulated application.

Confirm quantity, destination country and port, shipping terms, loading arrangement and documents with the quotation. The standard box pallet includes timber boards, so destination-specific wood-packaging requirements must be checked for the shipment. Fumigation-free status is not assumed. Food-contact, pharmaceutical and dangerous-goods suitability requires separate evidence and review.
For custom steel containers, send drawings, dimensions, loads and handling requirements. Custom products may carry EPAL marks only where covered by the applicable licence and technical rules.
