Our steel pallets are integrally welded from steel mesh and high-quality profiles. With accurate dimensions and firm, neat welds, they fully comply with DIN 15155 standards. They feature a rational structure, high strength, wide applicability and easy operation. We are one of the earliest manufacturers in China to obtain EPAL (European Pallet Association) quality certification.
Constructed with high-quality steel and a matrix layout of reinforcing ribs, with reinforced components installed at key stress points. It offers far superior compression and impact resistance compared with wooden and plastic pallets. It can withstand long-term stacking of heavy goods without deformation or cracking, effectively preventing cargo losses caused by pallet damage during transportation.
With mature anti-corrosion surface treatment, the pallet is moisture-proof, mothproof and fire-resistant. Its standard service life exceeds 10 years, 5–8 times longer than wooden pallets and 3–5 times longer than plastic pallets. It is fully reusable with almost no maintenance, and its long-term comprehensive cost is far lower than that of disposable packaging containers.
Equipped with four-way forklift openings and lifting corner grooves, it is compatible with various handling equipment. It can work perfectly with stackers in automated warehouses to improve inbound and outbound efficiency.
Non-toxic, odorless and easy to clean and disinfect. It meets FDA food contact requirements and GMP pharmaceutical specifications, making it ideal for cold chain, food, pharmaceutical and other high-hygiene industries. Compliant with ISPM 15 export standards, it requires no fumigation for export customs clearance and adapts to global supply chain circulation. Rounded and wrapped corners prevent scratches and enhance operational safety.
Reserved slots for RFID tags and barcode areas enable seamless connection with WMS logistics management systems to realize digital asset tracking. Custom options are available for size, load capacity and functional configurations (such as partitions, door styles, casters and non-slip surfaces). Enterprise logos and brand colors can be coated to meet customized warehousing and transportation needs.
